1. Using the service
MementoSnap provides a pre-paid, per-event photo camera and shared album service. When you purchase a package you become the event host and are responsible for how your guests use the event camera.
2. Packages & payment
Packages are one-time purchases with defined guest limits, photo limits, and an event window. Payments are processed securely in your local currency where supported; foreign cards may be converted automatically.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may remove content or suspend an event that violates these terms.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price actually paid by the event host for the relevant event package. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost photos or data.
