How media is stored
Photos uploaded by guests are optimized and stored securely in encrypted cloud storage. Each photo is associated only with the event it was captured for.
Who owns the media
The event host owns the photos captured during their event. Guests grant the host permission to view and download the media they upload for that event.
Downloading media
Hosts can download full-resolution photos from their event album. Guest download access is controlled by the host's package and settings.
How long we retain media
Event media is retained for the duration stated in your package plus a grace period so you can download it. After that, media may be permanently deleted.
Requesting deletion
You can request deletion of your media at any time by contacting hello@mementosnap.com. We will remove the requested media from active storage promptly.
